Why do you call yourself a "doodler" & not an illustrator?
Good question! Actually I’m a lot more comfortable with the word illustrator and have recently just come around to it but it’s still too serious and “business” to me. What I do is my outlet, my idea of pure fun. I think “doodling” is just that. Also because 90% of the time when I sit down with my ink and paper I have no idea what the fuck I’m doing — it just happens. It’s just fun, fun word for a fun process!
